What to Expect

1. I have gained weight, what's going on?

NIDORA is non-caloric and alone would not produce weight gain. The most likely reason that someone would gain weight when they start to use NIDORA is that they are not yet adapted to their body's hunger signals. Eat slowly, and pay attention, as soon as you start to feel full you should stop eating. Also if you are already on another weight loss program or diet at the time that you started NIDORA, you should continue on that program and use NIDORA in addition to it. NIDORA should not be used as an alternative for an existing diet plan you are on.

2. I'm eating more often - what's up?

Everyone reacts to NIDORA differently. Even though you are eating more often you are probably still consuming less calories overall. In fact having smaller, more frequent meals during the day is a highly effective way to boost your metabolism.

3. How long will it take until I lose weight?

There is no "typical" timeline for losing weight with NIDORA. Although many people lose weight in the very first month, everyone experiences weight loss differently. Stick with the system, give NIDORA time to work and you will lose weight.

4. What if I am still eating my entire meal?

It is completely normal to eat your entire meal with NIDORA. However, since you are trying to lose weight, it is important that you stop eating when your body signals “fullness”. You should stop at the beginning of these signals, not once you are already feeling full.

5. What if I still feel hungry?

Go ahead and eat. Just be sure to use NIDORA on every single meal and snack, from your morning cereal, to salads, chocolate, cookies and potato chips. Consistency is the key to success.

6. What long-term results can I expect?

Many study participants reported continued weight loss. We believe this may be because the body gradually adapts over time to smaller portions, making it easier to practice moderation. Exercise and healthy eating are also encouraged to achieve long-term sustainable weight loss.

7. Will I experience any side-effects while using NIDORA?

All of the ingredients in NIDORA are generally recognized as safe and can be found in foods you already consume daily. If you have food sensitivities or allergies, specifically to soy or milk, you may want to consult with your doctor before using.
Some users embrace new healthy lifestyle changes when they start NIDORA that can result in temporary side effects. For example if you give up soda or other caffeinated beverages you may experience headaches for a short duration of time. Increasing your water consumption may help with this side effect. Also as NIDORA is designed to allow you to feel full on less food, you may notice some stomach discomfort if you continue to eat larger portions. To combat this effect, try to eat slowly and stop eating as soon as you start to get full.

8. Is there any danger of creating the "yo-yo effect"?

No, there is no danger of bringing back the kilos you lost. NIDORA is not a diet, it helps you control your appetite and feel full faster. Some users reported that their body adapted to less food and now it's easier for them to moderate their portions.

9. Is there any danger of sudden mood swings?

No, there is no danger of mood swings, because NIDORA is not related to the causes of mood swings - drastic life changes or giving up your favorite foods.

10. Should I expect any intense cravings?

No, because NIDORA is not connected to any changes in your meal. Some users reported that they started eating more often in smaller portions, but this is a highly effective way to boost your metabolism.

11. What can I eat?

You can eat everything as usually. There is no need to change your meal, because NIDORA will just make you feel satisfied with proper portion sizes.
